About the host:
Fiona has been practising yoga for nearly 20 years. She is a registered Respiratory Nurse and Hatha Yoga Teacher and also teaches Yin and Yoga for Anxiety through her business ‘Yoga Libra’. She firmly believes that yoga, as a philosophy, needs to be kept alive in its original form and with this in mind likes to weave themes and traditions into her classes as well. Her background knowledge of teaching breath work while nursing is a huge asset, as is her general medical knowledge.
Commendations for Fiona :
“thank you for planning and delivering such enjoyable yoga lessons. The balance of the different types of yoga and your explanations of the origins and purpose of the different poses really helped me to understand the effects and some of the philosophy of yoga” Georgina, UK
“I really enjoyed all of the elements of your yoga day - thank you very much for putting it on..the combination of classes, breaks, delicious lunch, [organic skincare] presentation and atmosphere made for a wonderful day. I felt so relaxed afterwards.. It was great to have Annabel involved as well and her class made for a welcome compliment to your work.” Alex, UK
